| Our owner and President, Mr. Raul Barbosa, founded Atrade
Forwarding Corporation on May 26, 1988, in New York City, NY, USA. Our
objective was to implement an unprecedented logistic and transportation source
that would address the specific needs of the USA and Brazil trade sector. Our
primary emphasis was to provide “personalized customer service”
that is tailored to the individual customer’s needs.
We achieved our goals by hiring qualified professionals with years of experience
in the USA and Brazil sector. Moreover, a great deal of work was done to
implement in-house training programs to ensure compliance of all facets of
transportation. In addition, we remained committed to offering effective and
reliable value-added services.
Realizing the primary gateway to South America and Brazil is Miami, Florida; we
set our sights on opening the most comprehensive facility of our organization.
On May 5, 1994, our goal was achieved and the Miami facility was inaugurated.
Today we continue to offer the most comprehensive level of services between the
USA and Brazil, and remain dedicated to servicing you – the Customer. As
our business continues to grow and technology advances, our commitment will
remain to provide new and more effective personalized services.
