| To facilitate the accomplishment of our objective of implementing
an unprecedented logistic and transportation source between the USA and Brazil,
Atrade Cargo do Brazil Ltda. was inaugurated on April 27, 1992, in the city of
Rio de Janeiro.
We provide consolidation and de-consolidation stations at all primary airports
and seaports, where we work closely with Customs and Port Authorities allowing
our customers to enjoy reduction of cycle times and lower storage costs. As a
pioneer in logistic alternatives for cargo handling, we have effectively
improved our customers supply-chain process.
The success of our objectives and our emphasis on “personalized customer
service” has led to the continued growth of Atrade Forwarding Group. As a
result we have enjoyed continued growth of our Brazil structure and have opened
offices in Belo Horizonte, Campinas, and Sao Paolo. We, further, have projected
that by the end of 2001, we will successfully add branch offices in Curitiba,
Manaus, Porto Alegre and Vitoria. .
